תכנון ושרטוט מודל מקרוסקופי למיקרוסקופ סורק ובניית מערכת ממוחשבת לסריקה ובקרה בסביבת עבודה LabWindows/CVI. המודל מחקה ראש של מיקרוסקופ סורק וכולל מנגנון הנעה בשלושה צירים קרטזיים. הנעת בנועים מבוצעת על ידי כרטיס אלקטרוני המקשר לתוכנת בקרה במחשב אישי. נתוני הסריקה מועברים למחשב ומוצגים באמצעת תמונה דו מימדית ותלת מימדית.

Abstract

The project includes design and drawings of a scanning probe micrsocope mode, and a software with whice a user can control the model with any presonal computer. The model simulates the probe of a scanning microscoe and includes a 3 axes cartesian motion mechanism.

The model can be connect to the computer via an electronic card which can be inserted to the computer's parallel port. After scanning the sample surface the softtware builts a graphic display, both 2-dimentional and 3-dimentional and an intersaction view of any chosen part of the surface. the software ables the user to save the graphic file to a standard BMP file.
